Here at Cruisin Classics we're very excited to share with you today this stunning 1971 Chevrolet Super Cheyenne C10! These 67-72 “Action Line” trucks are in high demand these days and this beauty is an excellent example of the first year of the Cheyenne nameplate. This truck is dressed in slick baby blue and white two-tone paint that looks spectacular. Up front is a silver eggcrate grill with a blue Chevy bowtie at its center and headlights flanking the sides. The bright chrome front bumper houses turn signal indicators and running lights. The side view of this truck gives the best view of the beautiful paint with a white cab roof, blue upper body, white center strip, and blue bottom. The white center section is separated from the blue by a black & chrome upper body molding and a black, chrome, and woodgrain lower body molding – creating an eye-catching look. The front fenders wear “8 350” badges ahead of the wheels and “Cheyenne Super 10” badges behind them. In addition to the body molding, there are many bright elements that make the truck pop in the light like bright wiper arms, window trim, dual side mirrors, door handles, and gas cap. The bed of this C-10 is in simply incredible condition – like it has never been used! Above the bed at the top of the cab window is an external light that's quite useful. In the rear, you'll find vertical tail lights with bright surrounds, another gleaming bumper, and “CHEVROLET” lettering across a woodgrain strip on the tailgate. This whole amazing package sits on 5-spoke chrome Coys wheels with Delinte Desert Storm II tires – a match made in heaven. Under the hood is a very clean and organized engine bay done in blue and black. At the heart is a 350ci V-8 mated to a TH350 automatic transmission with a 12-bolt rear and 3:07 open gear. The engine has a black Chevy dress-up kit with logo valve covers and air cleaner. The aluminum Chevy intake is topped with an Edelbrock AVS II 4-barrel carburetor. Other highlights under the hood include Vintage Air Conditioniong with a Sanden Compressor, power steering, newer alternator, cast exhaust manifolds, and newer hoses, belts, and wires. The undercarriage of this truck is immaculately clean and features a newer exhaust and stock-style suspension. Stopping power comes from power front discs and rear drums with a dual reservoir. Inside the Cheyenne is a beautiful blue interior featuring a bench seat dressed in blue vinyl with houndstooth cloth inserts. The door panels are a combination of ornately styled blue vinyl, bright trim, and woodgrain and both are in excellent condition. Both doors have vent windows, clean door jams, and bright sill plates. Overhead is a blue vinyl headliner surrounded by bright trim and underfoot is nice blue hook & loop carpet with rubber Chevy logo floormats to keep it looking nice. Ahead of the driver is a 3-spoke black Chevy steering wheel and a column shift for the 3-speed automatic. The gauge cluster looks to be original with working gauges for battery, temp, fuel, and oil pressure. There is a GM Delco AM pushbutton radio in the dash that is unfortunately inoperable. Beneath the radio are the Vintage Air climate controls that deliver hot heat and cold A/C with a strong fan on demand. Side and center air vents have been added for the A/C system. Ahead of the passenger is a glovebox with a small amount of storage space. The dash is topped off with a crack-free blue vinyl dashpad. If you're on the hunt for a golden-era C-10 then you are going to be as excited as we are about this Super Cheyenne! Stunning good looks, awesome drivetrain, and creature comforts all combine to make this truck an absolute show-stopper! Call us today, it may be gone tomorrow!
